Shipping Policy

Shipping: We offer various shipping options. The cost and delivery time will depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Delivery Times: Shipping times vary and are estimates only. We will do our best to ensure timely delivery, but we are not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services.

Open 9 - 5 Monday - Friday

We are closed weekends and all Public Holidays. Any orders placed during these times will be shipped out next business day.

Damaged or Lost

If you're experiencing delays, please lodge an enquiry with Aus Post and email admin@mafiacosmetics.com.au with your Order Number & Name for us to follow up. Aus Post demands we wait an additional 14 days before deeming anything lost.

If your goods have arrived damaged and not in their original condition, please email admin@mafiacosmetics.com.au with your name, order number and pictures/videos. Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
