REFUND & RETURNS
Mafia Cosmetics does not accept refunds for change of mind or any opened and/or used goods.
In order to receive a refund, the items must be unopened, unused and in it's original condition
Refunds will be issued in the form of store credit only. This credit can be used on any future purchase at Mafia Cosmetics. Refunds to the original payment method are not available.
TIME FRAMES
Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package via email admin@mafiacosmetics.com.au with your order number, name and any pictures/videos.
DAMAGES
In the rare event you receive faulty or damaged goods, please email admin@mafiacosmetics.com.au with your name, order number along with any pictures and videos for proof.
Please ensure you do so within 24 hours after delivery and or pick up.
